Claims Process — In re: Etana Custody, Inc. Colorado Statutory Liquidation and Receivership Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes § 11-109-702 and the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure, the State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies Division of Banking ordered the liquidation of Etana Custody, Inc. and in connection therewith requested that the assets of the Etana Custody, Inc. estate be placed in receivership.
