Court-Appointed Liquidator/Receiver

Pursuant to the Order Appointing Liquidator/Receiver dated November 7, 2025, entered by the District Court, Denver County, Colorado (the “Court”) in Case No. 2025CV034004 (“Liquidation/Receivership Order”), Randel Lewis (“Liquidator/Receiver”) was appointed as Liquidator/Receiver for the assets of Etana Custody Inc., as set forth in more detail in the Liquidator/Receivership Order.

This website has been established and will be maintained by Randel Lewis, Liquidator/Receiver in the matter of Etana Custody, Inc. Case No. 2025CV034004 pending in the Court (the “Etana Receivership”) to facilitate the administration of the Etana Receivership estate, as well as to timely and efficiently communicate with customers, creditors and other stakeholders of Etana Custody, Inc. Additional public information concerning the Etana Receivership will be posted here periodically.
